The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) recently agreed to a five-year, $11.47 mil lease renewal for 72.2k sf ($2.65/sf/mo) of space at the City National Bank building in downtown Los Angeles. The Class A building, located at 606 Olive St, totals 291k sf and is currently 100 percent occupied.
John Anthony, Chris Giordano and Chris Steck of Charles Dunn Company represented the building’s ownership, 606 Olive LLC. GSA represented EOIR, which has been a long-term anchor tenant in the building.
