Real estate investment firm BentleyForbes has leased 6k sf of office space in Westwood for its headquarters location. The firm’s new space will be in Center West. Located at 10877 Wilshire Blvd, CenterWest is a 23-story, Class A office tower anchoring the eastern gateway to historic Westwood Village, within minutes of Beverly Hills, Century City, Bel Air and Santa Monica.
In the transaction, BentleyForbes was represented by Jeff Mintz and James Travers of Travers Cresa. Center West owner Indivest was repped by Anthony Gattie of CBRE.
BentleyForbes move coincides with the company’s renewed focus on national investment opportunities following a portfolio wide financial restructuring and equity recycling program. This initiative has stabilized the company’s portfolio of owned assets and generated capital capable of supporting an estimated $750 mil in future acquisitions.
