Suntrans International Inc, a worldwide freight forwarder, has purchased a 22.3k sf industrial building along the 110 Fwy Corridor in the Gardena area of Los Angeles County for expansion. The building, located at 13226 Broadway St, sold for $2.8 mil ($125/sf).
Suntrans’ new headquarters is a concrete tilt-up structure occupying approximately an acre of land. The facility features dock-high and ground-level loading, 3.5k sf of office space, 19 to 23 feet of clear height, a large fenced yard, and on site parking for 25 vehicles.
Following building improvements, Suntrans plans a fourth quarter occupancy of its new area headquarters space. The company will relocate from nearby, at 222 Redondo Beach Blvd.
