A 19.5k sf retail property in Agoura Hills was acquired by a local 1031 exchange investor for $5.65 mil ($290/sf). The property is located at 29020 Agoura Rd, south of the 101 Fwy and east of Kanan Rd.
The property, originally built in 1991, was recently remodeled and includes tenants Prime Steakhouse and Teague Pilates. It is situated with a larger, 82.2k sf retail center, between the Whizzin’s Center and Kanan Village properties in Agoura Hills.
Ken Simons of NAI Capital represented the seller, Agoura Hills Shopping Center Capital LLC. NAI’s Rod Delson repped the buyer, GJD Holdings LP, in the deal.
