SLAB Properties LLC recently completed and industrial property buy in Compton, paying $8.4 mil for a 72k sf ($117/sf) facility located at 250 West Artesia, adjacent to the 91 Fwy about midway between Wilmington Ave and Alameda St. The seller was 250 West Artesia, L.P.
The industrial facility sits on a 139k sf lots and features 24’ clear height. SLAB Properties, through its operating arm, Insulated Products Corporation, will use the property to manufacture thermal packaging for food, industrial and pharmaceutical companies.
Heger Industrial's Bill Joseph represented the buyer in the deal. David Mensinger of The Everest Group Inc repped the seller.
