On Thursday, November 6, the Southern California chapter of CoreNet Global will hold its annual REmmy Awards and Charity Gala to recognize the best in corporate real estate. The event will be held at Vibiana, a former cathedral, located in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles.
Call for entries is now open. For 2014, there are three categories:
Leadership Award for an Innovative Project -- to recognize excellence and innovation - in design, construction and development
CRE Executive for Industry Excellence Award -- to recognize CRE teams and their organizations that have successfully implemented innovative programs; and new this year
Broker Creative Solution Award -- celebrating the completion of a deal in Southern California, emphasizing how the team/individual overcame obstacles.
All award submissions are due October 6 and can be submitted online. Winners will be selected by a jury of national corporate end users. Past award recipients have included: Activision, Inc, Cresa, H. Hendy Associates, Wells Fargo Corporate Properties Group, HKS, City of Riverside, Hoag Hospital, Glumac, Knoll, First American, Gensler & CIE Games and The Cucamonga Valley Water District, among others.
CoreNet is also proud to announce that Howard Building Corporation is the platinum sponsor for 2014 and the recognized charity for 2014 will be Junior Achievement of Southern California.
The REmmys are a unique opportunity to share best practices within the corporate real estate community. To successfully deliver value to corporations, it takes innovation, collaboration and a fresh perspective. Our chapter is honored to do its part to recognize and celebrate the industry success, said CoreNet Global Southern California Chapter Chair Kelly Reenders.
