In news of a major office buy out of LA’s South Bay region, DivcoWest has acquired Continental Grand Plaza, a two-building, 483k office complex located at 300 – 400 Continental Blvd, at Grand in the city of El Segundo. The purchase price was not immediately disclosed.
Tenants at Continental Grand Plaza include Carbon Computing, Klein Partners Capital Corp, Cox Target Media, Regus and MTM Technologies Inc, among others. The complex is situated in what is known as El Segundo’s “Superblock” area, close to LAX, Manhattan Beach and many desirable retail and restaurant amenities. It also very near to LA’s MTA Green Line.
This deal follows another very recent El Segundo acquisition by DivcoWest. In April, the firm purchased Gateway El Segundo, a five-building office and retail portfolio. That property is located just a block from Continental Grand Plaza.
