In a recent San Fernando Valley office sales comp, a private trust paid $6.6 mil for a 33k sf ($200/sf) building in Encino. The property, located at 17555 Ventura Blvd, south of the 101 Fwy and just east of White Oak Ave, was sold by Singer Trust.
Stacy Vierheilig-Fraser, senior managing director with Charles Dunn Company out of the firm’s Sherman Oaks office, represented the buyer in the deal. The seller was repped by Ron Feder of Keller Williams.
“The buyer was attracted to the property because of its prime location on Ventura Blvd as well as the available vacancy of the asset,” said Vierheilig-Fraser. “The buyer plans to make improvements the common areas and exterior of the building.”
