In a recent industrial lease out of the City of Industry, a local third-party logistics company inked an 88-month, $5.7 mil deal for a 156k sf facility located at 14255 Lomitas Ave, north of Hwy 60 and east of I-605. The facility is equipped with 30’ ceiling heights, a large truck court and abundant trailer parking.
Senior Vice President Jeff Bethel of Lee and Associates’ City of Industry office represented the landlord, Lomitas, LP. “The property satisfies current and future expansion requirements for the tenant’s growing customer base,” said Bethel. He added that the tenant intends to install approximately 40k sf of cooler and freezer space as well as ±8k sf of new executive offices.
