TollFreeForwarding.com, an internet-based company out of Los Angeles, just leased 19.6k sf of space at 9841 Airport Blvd, in what were told is one of the largest leases in the LAX submarket in 2012. The 15-story, Class A office building is conveniently located near Century Blvd, in close proximity to LAX.
Greg Walsh, Vice President, Patrick Grunbok, Associate, and Josh May, Associate Vice President with Colliers International, represented TollFreeForwarding.com in the deal. TollFreeForwarding.com, which has already relocated its corporate HQ into its new space, has more than doubled in size, making it one of the fastest growing companies in the area. The landlord was repped by Geena Oh of Jamison Services.
“This was one of the largest deals in the 3rd quarter in this submarket,” said Grunbok. The LAX submarket, which suffers from a 37.5% vacancy rate, was boosted by the closing of the Airport Boulevard lease.
