A 55.4k sf facility in the northeastern San Fernando Valley community of Sun Valley was purchased by FlashingBlinkyLights.com for $4.1 mil ($74/sf). The property is located at 10800-10810 Cantara St, south of Roscoe Blvd and east of Sunland Blvd, just off I-5.
FlashingBlinkyLights.com is a distributor of LED products such as light-up novelty items and will use its new facility for warehousing and a showroom. With this acquisition, the company will be expanding its operation from an approximately 20k sf facility at 8620 Tamarack St in Sun Valley.
Jack Schlaifer, Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura, represented FlashingBlinkyLights.com and the seller, Condorff & Hooker LLC, in the transaction. Schlaifer is also marketing the buyer’s existing facility for lease.
