Activision inked a lease for 46.7k sf of office space at LNR Warner Center IV, a two-building, 509.9k sf Class A office complex located at 21215 and 21255 Burbank Blvd in Woodland Hills. Activision is relocating from Encino.
Dan Sanchez of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, LNR Property LLC, which developed the building in 2008. Activision was represented by Matthew Miller of CRESA. The deal value was not disclosed.
Located one block north of the Ventura (101) Fwy, LNR Warner Center IV has large floor plates and offers some of the most efficient buildings in the market. It also features great visibility and convenient access to a deep and highly skilled labor pool, numerous dining and entertainment venues and an outstanding array of amenities, both on-site and within the immediate vicinity.
