Matt Hammond and Ben Terry of Tustin-based Coreland Companies represented the property ownership in all four lease transactions. Garrett Colburn of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Chronic Tacos. Hammoond tells us that Carwood Center only has two remaining spaces available for lease, a 1.6k sf prime restaurant space and an 1k sf retail unit.

According to Hammond, Marshalls and HomeGoods have just signed leases at this new development and will soon join the tenant roster.
