Courtney Bell and Matt Stringfellow in Klabin/CORFAC’s Torrance office represented both American Foam and Packaging and Steven L. Koch, the property owner. Established in 1933, American Foam and Packaging is a custom fabricator specializing in Polyethylene, Polyurethane, and Expandable Polystyrene foams. In addition to its Gardena operations, the company has offices in Phoenix, AZ.
