Interactive Data Corporation has agreed to a renewal for 22.9k sf of office space in Santa Monica. The space, located at 2901 28th St, on the north side of the Santa Monica Airport, serves as a regional office for the company.
Jones Lang LaSalle Los Angeles team member Jones Lang LaSalle’s Craig Kish, of the Los Angeles office, and Gil Ohls, of the New York office, represented Interactive Data Corporation. The landlord, Equity Office Properties, was represented by in-house exec Gail Goldstein as well as Deron White of CBRE.
According to Kish, in the end Interactive Data felt that renewing its existing lease was their best option. The deal provides the company with a right to terminate and rights to a backup generator to ensure continuous power for its time sensitive business.
