Tossed signed a 10-year lease for a 2.2k sf retail property located at 700 Wilshire Blvd in downtown Los Angeles. The restaurant chain will use the space to debut their West Coast flagship location. The company plans to open additional locations in Los Angeles County.
Irwin Hyman and Jesse Paster of NAI Capital represented the tenant. The landlord, 700 Wilshire Properties, represented themselves.
Founded in New York, Tossed is known for its distinctive menu and modern, fast casual ambience. Starting with its Park Avenue South location in Manhattan, NY— rated “New York’s #1 Salad” by New York magazine — the restaurant’s cuisine appeals to those who appreciate a healthy lifestyle. Menu items include gourmet salads with over 50 choices of toss-ins, hot soups, grilled Panini sandwiches and much more.
Unique for not requiring a venting or hood system, Tossed locations can be easily situated within the ground floor of an office building or mixed-use development. Their ideal footprint is 1.5k sf – 2k sf.
