Sky Zone inked a lease for 30.7k sf of space in Rancho Cucamonga for a new Sky Zone indoor entertainment park. The space, located at 12449 Foothill Blvd, is part of the 550k sf Wal-Mart- and Food 4 Less-anchored Foothill Marketplace.
Sky Zone has over 200 locations throughout the US and Canada under the Sky Zone, DEFY and Rockin’ Jump brands and is the largest developer, operator, and franchisor of indoor active entertainment parks. Sky Zone gives children the freedom to run, jump and play on a fun mix of attractions including trampoline courts, zip lines, basketball/soccer air courts, dodgeball and wall climbing.
Foothill Marketplace is ideally located at the southeast corner of the heavily traveled I-15 freeway and Foothill Blvd, with excellent visibility to over 150,000 cars per day. In addition to Wal Mart and Food 4 Less, other tenants at Foothill Marketplace include Living Spaces, Guitar Center, Mor Furniture and over 20 other shops, services and dining spots.
The center is across from Victoria Gardens which is the Inland Empire’s premier regional shopping destination. Within a five-mile radius there are over 284,000 residents with an average household income of $109,317.
