Nova Storage has boosted its portfolio with the recent purchase of Ballpark Self Storage, a 55.5k sf storage facility located in Adelanto, a city roughly 40 miles north of San Bernardino in the Inland Empire. Nova is a regional operator with several locations in the SoCal California market.
Ballpark Self Storage consists of 376 units located between Highway 395 and Adelanto Rd, the main arteries in Adelanto. The facility features a modern and oversized leasing office, drive up non-climate storage options for tenants, security cameras, concrete drive aisles, and keypad access and electronic gate.
Keith Phillips and Adam Schlosser with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a California-based LLC. According to Phillips, the seller built the asset from the ground up, as well as operated it, from day one.
