There have been five new lease signings totaling 21.8k sf to report at Corona Hills Plaza. These latest deals bring the center to 97% leased.
The popular outdoor regional center is located adjacent to the heavily traveled 91 Fwy at McKinley St. It is home to such tenants as Costco, Home Depot, 99 Ranch Market, Ross, TJ Maxx, UFC Gym, Big 5 and over 40 other shops, services and restaurants.
The latest signings include the following: Party City (10.6k sf); HobbyTown (6.4k sf); Yoshiharu Ramen (1.9k sf); R & B Tea (1.4k sf); and AT&T (1.4k sf). Progressive Real Estate Partners’ brokers Roxy Klein and Paul Su represented the landlord, Kimco Realty, in the deals.
