Investors Trade Hemet Retail Asset for $9.5 Mil

Shops at KPC Towne Centre, a three-building, 20.2k sf retail property in Hemet, was acquired by a Los Angeles-based private investor for $9.55 mil ($473/sf). The fully occupied center sits on two acres at 2375 – 2465 W. Florida Ave.

Built in 1995 and remodeled in 2004, the highly visible property is situated at the signalized intersection of W. Florida Ave/State Hwy 74 and Kirby St. The property is an outparcel to KPC Towne Center, which includes Spouts, Burlington and Regal Cinemas.

Matthew Mousavi, Patrick Luther and Max Sabino with SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group represented the seller and original developer, a private family trust based in Southern California. The buyer was repped by Jason Paukovits of Dream Realty Asset Management.
