Located at 6300 Providence Way, the warehouse is part of The Campus development, which is comprised of ten state-of-the-art warehouses and distribution facilities, totaling 733.7k sf.

The 10-building Campus, which offers an ideal location for manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution companies, features 32-foot clearance, a ESFR sprinkle system, ample loading, LED warehouse lighting, and large secured yards. It is also in proximity to the I-15 and SR60 freeways. Future retail amenities are in the works to accompany The Campus.

CBREís Ryan Athens and Hunter McDonald represented the buyer in the transaction. The price was not disclosed.

According to Chris Lupo, Parker House Furniture president, the city of Eastvale is strategically located for their business model as it allows easy access to LA, Orange and San Bernardino Counties, as well as to the firmís nationwide distribution network.
