Exeter Property Group purchased a 54.4-acre land site in Riverside for $12.5 mil. The property, located at the southwest corner of Alessandro Blvd and San Gorgonio Dr, is fully entitled and ready for construction of two industrial buildings totaling 814.6k sf.
One of the buildings at the project will be a 598.2k sf, cross-dock facility, while the second building will be 216.4k sf facility. Construction is scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2017.
Mario Calvillo and Bill Heim with Lee & Associates Ontario represented the buyer and the seller, an affiliate of Denver-based Amstar and the Buyer, Exeter Property Group. Lee & Associates will also market the new project for lease.
