GoPlus Corp, a major international import-export firm, has leased a 267k sf building at Vintage Park East Industrial Park in Fontana. The 63-month deal has a total value of $7.3 mil, or around $0.43/sf/mo.
The building that GoPlus Corp will occupy is located at 13366 Philadelphia Ave. It features 30-foot warehouse clearances, a secured truck yard, 32 dock-high loading doors with levelers, locks and seals, and 4k sf of office space.
This represents the second lease negotiated at the 140-acre industrial park in the past 60 days. In the prior transaction, Modus Furniture International, the nation’s leading manufacturer of what it calls “urban furniture,” recently exercised an option to extend its lease for five years at its current, 261k sf within the industrial park. That deal has a value of abour $6 mil.
Kevin McKenna of Colliers International represented the industrial park’s owner, Vintage Park East LLC, in both of these transactions.
Vintage Park East is comprised of 10 buildings totaling 2.5 msf, with direct access to several vital surface transport hubs including the San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) and the Ontario Freeway (I-15), as well as the Pomona Freeway (SR 60). Other major corporate tenants occupying buildings in and near the industrial park include Walmart, GE, GM, Georgia Pacific, Home Depot, UPS, and FedEx.
