Plans for a new 178k sf Inland Empire distribution project are underway, following CapRock Partners recent purchase of 8.5 acres of unimproved land in the city of Colton. During the escrow period, CapRock completed entitlements for the site, located at the intersection of the I-10 & I-215 Interchange.
