A 24k sf, industrial building in Temecula sold for $2.8 mil ($117/sf). The building, located at 41973 Remington, west of I-15 and north of Winchester Rd, was sold by Legacy Corporate Center.
Built in 2006, the single-story building is located within the Legacy Corporate Center. It is 100% NNN leased to Daltile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries. The firm manufactures, distributes and markets high-quality ceramic tile and natural stone products. Daltile is the largest ceramic tile manufacturer in the U.S. and one of the largest tile manufacturers in the world employing over 10,000 associates.
