LA-based Strategic Legacy Investment Group Inc (SLIG) is expanding its real estate operations to San Diego, with the opening of a new branch there. The new branch will be named Strategic Legacy Realty, San Diego (SLRSD) and will be spearheaded by seasoned real estate veteran, Weston Harmer, who will be Vice President of Sales. Joining Harmer in launching the new business is Senior Associate Anna Larsson.

Weston Harmer, a second generation developer, is a 22-year real estate veteran. Harmer has developed and built all types of properties from single-family homes to 33-story high-rises. Beginning in 1998, Weston and his father, Sherman D. Harmer, were at the forefront of redeveloping Downtown San Diego, having constructed five major projects in the area.
Some of the developments Harmer was involved with include: Smart Corner, in downtown San Diego (value - $228.5 mil); Sapphire Tower, in downtown San Diego (value - $225 mil); The Lido, in Mission Valley (value - $89 mil); Marina District, in San Diego (value - $54 mil); and Villa Cusma, in downtown San Diego (value - $24 mil).
Anna Larsson is a dynamic, entrepreneurial real estate professional with experience in sales, management, business and television. Anna will lead the business development efforts throughout San Diego County and will be working alongside Harmer. Larsson, born and raised in Uppsala, Sweden, began her real estate career decades ago while working with high-end health and wellness clients in Rancho Santa Fe and Beverly Hills. She has generated a real estate pipeline of over $5 mil in high-end residential property listings located in prominent coastal San Diego regions.
Based in Downtown Los Angeles, Strategic Legacy Investment Group’s real estate operations include the development of five multifamily projects in Hollywood and Westchester and two assisted living and memory care developments in San Diego’s prominent Vista and La Costa neighborhoods. The company also acquired an office/retail mixed use building in the heart of the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles, which serves as their corporate headquarters.
