Jason Schirn has joined Hager Pacific Properties as a Principal, where he will be responsible for identifying value-added opportunities for industrial properties and supervising the repositioning of these assets. Since the fall of 2009, Hager Pacific and Schirn have worked together to acquire several Southern California industrial properties. Schirn began his real estate career in 2001 with Hager Pacific and, from 2003-2008, he served as Vice President at Proficiency Capital. In total, Schirn has played an instrumental role in the acquisition of more than $100 mil of industrial real estate in the Southern California market place during his career.
Annette Wiley, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, has joined Perkins+Will as Interiors Discipline Leader for the Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego regions. Wiley is an architect, interior designer and strategic thinker who managed her own practice for 20 years. Her prior firm was best known for some of Orange County’s most recognizable, award-winning contemporary architecture, including Quiksilver’s Corporate Headquarters, Dana Point’s Ocean Institute, The Camp, Orange County Museum of Art, and South Coast Plaza’s Penthouse. She also was the winner of more than 20 local and national AIA, IIDA Calibre, and DuPont Antron design awards.
Tyler Jemmett has joined has joined LA Realty Partners as a Director. Jemmett previously worked at Wilson Commercial Real Estate and, as a successful college athlete at UCLA, Jemmett was also a member of the USA Men’s National Water Polo Team. Tyler played water polo professionally in Newcastle, Australia and currently, he serves as head coach of the Los Angeles Water Polo Club.
Jason Hart has joined the Lee & Associates Central Coast, San Luis Obispo Office. Prior to joining the Lee & Associates team he was the founding principal of Hart Commercial Real Estate, LHI Apartment Brokers, as well as LeMay & Hart Real Estate Investments. He began his commercial real estate career in 2002 and shortly thereafter formed his own boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in sales, leasing and consulting. During this time he successfully sold over $90 million in multi-family, retail, office, industrial, land and development properties throughout the Central Coast, as well as other various markets in California and Oregon.
Jack Nooren and his assistant Vanessa Vleck have joined NAI San Diego. Nooren, who was named a Vice President of the company, has launched a new website www.SDApartmentBrokers.com featuring over 100 regional apartment listings. Nooren has been among Iowa‟s top apartment brokers for the past 17 years and has completed investment sales of over $400 mil throughout his career. He has been involved in the sale of over 3,750 apartments. Most recently, Nooren was president of the Nooren Commercial Group.
