A three-building, 11.7k sf multi-tenant storefront retail property in San Gabriel sold for $2.988 mil, or $255/sf. Located at 259-267 S. San Gabriel Blvd and 715 E. Broadway, the property was sold by San Gabriel Sash & Door Inc.
The site comprises of three buildings on three separate parcels, with frontage along both S. San Gabriel Blvd and East Broadway, and a parking lot parcel located in the rear on East Broadway. It sits on a 25k sf corner lot, providing the storefront retail building great street visibility along South San Gabriel Blvd and East Broadway.
The property was partially leased at the time of the sale. San Gabriel Sash & Door will lease back 2.2k sf of property’s space, while the new owner will occupy the currently vacant unit.
Marie Taylor with NAI Capital Commercial’s Investment Services Group represented the seller in the transaction. Taylor noted that the property offers an outstanding retail location and a solid investment in the center of the city of San Gabriel.
