The Fish Building, a 9k sf, historic retail and office building in Pasadena, has sold for $12.55 mil, or $1,394/sf. The building, located at 26 E. Colorado Blvd, within the thriving Old Pasadena District, was purchased by Huikang Realty & Investment.
The property consists of premium ground-floor retail space with offices above. The site is fully occupied, providing the new owner with a generational opportunity to own an iconic building. Current tenants include Vans, Lush Cosmetics and Le Cellar.
CBRE’s Randall Brown and Kyle Barratt and Temple City-based Treelane Realty Group’s Wendy Wong co-represented the buyer and the seller, Panda 168 Investment LLC.
