Sierra Vista Plaza, an 80.3k sf, value-add retail center in Murrieta, was purchased by Phillips Edison & Company Inc. The property is situated on eight acres at 25030-25100 Hancock St, adjacent to I-215.
Sierra Vista Plaza is anchored by Stater Bros and CVS Pharmacy. It is also home to other national and regional tenants, including Chuck E. Cheese, Valley Veterinary Clinic, The UPS Store, Pizza Huge, Jack in the Box and more.
Sierra Vista Plaza is located in Murrieta, an affluent community in south Riverside County about 40 miles from the San Diego metro coastal cities, 50 miles from Orange County and 80 miles from Los Angeles. The center is visible to more than 95,000 cars per day.
Bryan Ley, Gleb Lvovich, Justin Kundrak and Tony Ensbury with HFF represented the seller in the transaction. The price was not disclosed.
