BJ’s Restaurants has extended the lease term on its corporate headquarters at One Pacific Plaza in Huntington Beach, California. Known as its “Restaurant Support Center”, BJ’s occupies 57.1k sf of office space on multiple floors of the 12-story Class A tower, located at 7755 Center Ave.
One Pacific Plaza is a three-building office complex located along Center Ave at Huntington Village Ln. It is composed of the main 12-story tower that houses BJ’s headquarters, along with two six-story buildings. The complex is owned by PR One Pacific Plaza, LLC. One Pacific Plaza’s desirable Orange County location offers walkable amenities, given the building’s position across from Bella Terra Mall, an open-air dining, shopping and entertainment destination featuring more than 70 retailers.
Chon Kantikovit of Cushman & Wakefield’s Orange County office represented the tenant in the transaction. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
