Nazareth Enterprises Inc has purchased the Walmart Central Shopping Center in Folsom, a 139.4k sf retail center situated on 12.1 acres, for $39.7 mil ($285/sf).
Located at 1002-1016 Riley St, the shopping center is anchored by a 24-Hour Fitness, SuperSport Gym, 99 Cents Only Store and Western Dental, and is shadow-anchored by a Super Walmart. The property consists of eight buildings and offers ample parking.
Nazareth Enterprises was represented by Abe Matar with Landmark Real Estate Services. Financing was arranged by BluePoint Commercial Mortgage and provided by Natixis New York Branch.
