Vegas Retail Asset Sells in $7.9 Mil Deal

The Canzoneri Family Trust paid $7.85 mil for Sahara Rainbow Center, a 54.9k sf ($143/sf) retail center in Las Vegas. The property was sold by Ominet Sahara LLC.

The property is located at 2350 S. Rainbow Blvd, near the corner of Rainbow Blvd and Sahara Ave. It was 87% leased at the time of sale.

CBRE’s Charles Moore, CSM, and Marlene Fujita-Winkel represented the seller in the deal. The buyer was repped by Robert Ybarra, also with CBRE.
