Private investors traded an 8.5k sf retail property in West Hollywood The property is located at 7612 to 7626 Santa Monica Blvd, between Fairfax and La Brea Aves.
The property was 25 percent occupied at the time of the sale by Hollywood Braces. The new ownership plans to embark immediately on a renovation of the building and will retain Hollywood Braces as a tenant.
Charles DeSantis and Sharona E. Javaheri of Charles Dunn Company represented both parties in the transaction.
“This property is in a great market area that is undergoing a tremendous amount of redevelopment and tenant activity,” said Javaheri. “The buyer not only liked the property because of its prime Santa Monica Boulevard location, but because of the value-add opportunity to renovate the asset.”
