Basin Street Properties has added a new tenant amenity program -- concierge services -- across its Sacramento properties.
The new service is designed to provide on demand assistance with many personal and professional tasks that are time consuming, tedious and distract from more productive work activities. Basin Street also plans to leverage its vendor relationships to negotiate discounts for tenants on event tickets including concerts, plays and sporting events.
“We see this as an excellent opportunity to help our tenants foster more productive and fun workplaces,” said Stephanie Burlingame, Chief Operating Officer at Basin Street Properties. “An amenity rich office environment including fitness centers, cafes, sport courts, comfortable common areas and concierge services make for happier tenants and a healthy work-life balance.”
The benefits offered to tenants as part of Basin Street’s new program include gift and shopping services, entertainment services, discount tickets, catering and event planning, meal coordination and delivery, meeting planning, health and wellness and self-care arrangements including hair and nail appointments. The intent is to provide a readily available service that make tenants’ time at work more productive and enjoyable.
