Videoms.com has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aerial Systems on Command (ASOC LLC). ASOC is a provider of drone services to the construction and commercial real estate industries.
Since 2015, ASOC has completed over 1,000 projects across the USA and Canada. Founded in 2015 by Brad Lynds and Jake Krutcik, ASOC LLC leverages its “partnerpilot” network to capture construction site progress with drones. ASOC was founded in Orange County, CA and has been operating out of Los Angeles, CA since 2018.
Videoms.com is a leading global provider of marketing solutions for the commercial real estate industry. Based out of Thousand Oaks CA, Videoms.com visualizes commercial property data through satellite and drone imagery.
Founded by Evan Brandt and Jason Schwetz in 2019, the company has grown to over 50 members in the past 2˝ years. Videoms has been named the preferred vender for JLL, CREXi, CCIM, Colliers and Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates, and serves hundreds of brokerages, landlords, developers, and national tenants.
Videoms will leverage ASOC’s aerial inspection tools to further its offerings to current clientele who manage, transact, or construct commercial properties.
