Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has been selected by LPC Realty Advisors I LP to provide leasing services for Galleria Park I and II, two buildings totaling 392.2k sf of Class A office space in Houston’s Galleria submarket.
Situated in a park-like setting, the 213.7k sf Galleria Park I and 178.5k sf Galleria Park II are located at 5251 and 5333 Westheimer, respectively. The buildings underwent a $15 mil renovation in 2018, which included new lobbies with wood finishes, a tenant lounge with upscale meeting space, a 2k sf conference facility, and a state-of-the-art fitness center with full-service locker rooms. The urban corporate campus also boasts a one-acre Grand Lawn, a WiFi-enabled greenspace designed to provide tenants and visitors a place to relax and recharge.
Galleria Park is within walking distance of the Galleria Mall, which offers over 100 specialty shops, the University Club, Hyatt Regency and DoubleTree by Hilton hotels, and other amenities. Just minutes from Loop 610, the office buildings provide convenient access to the Southwest Freeway and Katy Freeway (I-10).
Transwestern’s Doug Little, Jack Scharnberg and Megan Snodgrass will represent building ownership. Transwestern also represents building ownership in the leasing of Galleria Park’s 28.3k sf of retail space.
