Renaissance Square, a 965.5k sf, Class A office complex in Phoenix, was recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Phoenix with its highest honor, The Outstanding Building of the Year Award (TOBY). Renaissance Square, a LEEDŽ Gold-certified building, won for the 500k sf - 1 msf category. The property is owned by Hines.
Renaissance Square, a two-building, high-rise office complex, was acquired by Hines in 2007. The property is located at 2 and 40 North Central Ave, on one full city block in the heart of Phoenix's Central Business District. The property features an abundance of amenities including 24-hour security, conference-room facilities, a full-service athletic club, on-site restaurants, a jeweler, a shoe shiner and a spacious tree-lined courtyard.
The general property manager of Renaissance Square is Steve Hamel. Renaissance Square previously won BOMA's TOBY Award in 2014, also during Hamel's leadership.
