1. HELP has arrived if you are moving or remodeling…
Most of our new clients are remodeling which could be an overwhelming and time-consuming process for them, but it can be easier – if you hire us! We coordinate your project and provide new art, framing, plants, and signage - customized for your office. See below for more helpful tips…
2. Is your Art Consultant reliable and trustworthy, and how do you know?
It’s a jungle out there; don’t work with a con artist. Do a “Google Search” of your Art Consultant. Are they recommended by clients, affiliated with professional organizations, and involved in philanthropic endeavors? These are good signs. 90% of our monthly projects are for repeat customers and 10% are for brand new clients. We affiliate with the American Institute of Architects, International Facility Management Association, Habitat for Humanity, and more.
3. Should your Art Consultant have an art education and experience working with corporations?
A “real” Art Consultant has a degree in studio art or art history, understands color theory, composition, and how to recognize the difference between good and bad art! We have degrees in painting and graphic design. We enjoy all facets of art consulting and have the sources and expertise necessary to find exactly what you’re looking for. Your interior designer or architect may like art, but may be clueless when it comes to specifying your artwork. Our 24 years in business have given us over 500 clients.
4. Can your Art Consultant service all of your offices, anywhere in the United States?
When you need the peace of mind that comes from working with one art consulting firm nation-wide, make sure you have the necessary connections. We ship your artwork safely throughout the US and hire the installers so you don’t have to worry.
5. Is your Art Consultant properly insured?
You don’t need legal hassles and insurance problems. Large office buildings frequently require proof of insurance be submitted from the art consultant as well as the art installer. Every Art Consultant should carry a minimum of $2 million liability insurance as well as an umbrella policy, we do.
6. Do you have a RUSH project?
What if your open house is a week away and you forgot to purchase new art? We provide “Emergency Art.” Our “artists in residence” will deliver and stage art for a small charge. Of course, it’s always better to take your time selecting new art and framing.
7. Complete “VIP Decor Package” – trees, plants, and graphic design
We offer a décor package – art – plants – and signage – to complement your theme, colors, carpet, furniture, and corporate image. Every ten years design industry color schemes change dramatically. We want you to be happy with your new décor and our best possible service. For more information, contact Sylvia Greer Artworks for your free consultation.
