Jacksonville, Fl – Sep. 10, 2008 – Earthcore Industries, LLC (Isokern Fireplaces) today announces it has acquired ISO-CAL, California’s leading and largest modular fireplace distributor and installation company. Earthcore expects to combine ISO-CAL’s expertise in the unique California custom housing market with its existing investment in manufacturing new modular fireplace and energy technologies to further develop and distribute products that provide consumers with superior fireplace design, energy efficiency and performance. Financial details were not disclosed.
Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Los Angeles, ISO-CAL is a privately held company whose business has developed innovative and custom fireplace applications and installation methods of standard and custom fireplaces designed to meet custom demands of new homeowners, architects and contractors in residential and commercial applications.
