NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (Jan. 02, 2008) – LNR Property Corporation’s Commercial Property Group, the company’s real estate development and investment division, has started construction on Entrada Gateway Center, a two-building, four-story Class A office project in the Los Angeles suburb of Valencia, Calif.
Entrada Gateway Center will be the premier office campus in the Santa Clarita Valley. The buildings are constructed with a meticulously engineered steel frame, which helps to create the large efficient column-free floor plates and maximum flexibility demanded by tenants in today’s marketplace. The buildings also offer a high-performance curtain wall and window design, which maximizes the availability of natural light while still achieving energy efficiency beyond that required by California’s strict energy codes.
The project’s hill-top location overlooking Interstate 5 provides not only immediate freeway access, but also prominent freeway signage that is visible to more than 300,000 cars daily, making Entrada Gateway Center the perfect location for a “high identity” corporate headquarters. With proximity to the area’s many amenities, diverse housing options, and abundant surface parking, Entrada Gateway Center offers an ideal location for any corporate tenant.

The nine-acre project broke ground in third quarter 2007 and is scheduled for completion in third quarter 2008. Several large corporate tenants are in negotiations to lease space on the campus.
