WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. – DB&R Marketing Communications has been retained by Simi Valley-based Platinum One Land Company as corporate public relations counsel.
In addition to creating a marketing platform for the newly formed development and investment company, DB&R will assist in all facets of the company’s three planned and fully entitled projects in Coalinga, Calif.: Twin Creeks, an 860,000 square-foot regional mall; Lost Hills Commercial Center, a 91,000 square-foot mixed use complex that is scheduled to break ground by the end of the year; and Lost Hills Ranch, a 320-acre masterplanned residential community currently under development.
Lost Hills Ranch will feature 91 large lot homesites, a 22,000 square-foot covered equestrian arena, community center, man-made lake and more than four miles or hiking and equestrian trails. DB&R will provide a full array of marketing services including the development of home buyer programs, media and community relations, copywriting, and special events. The firm also will play an active role in the development of all collateral materials and interactive media.
