SRS Real Estate Partners has opened a new Pacific Northwest office, staffed with six new team members. Located at 16703 SE McGillivray Blvd in Vancouver, WA, the office will anchor the Pacific Northwest for the company and expand SRS’ reach throughout Oregon and Washington. SRS previously operated in Portland from 2002-2019.
Leading the team as Managing Principal and Market Leader is Matt Martinez, founder of boutique brokerage firm, M&M Real Estate Consultants. He joins SRS with more than 24 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation for many national clients. Matt’s in-depth knowledge of the market and of his clients’ needs, bolstered by his reliability, honesty, and transparency, has him well-regarded in the retail real estate community and beyond. As Market Leader for the Pacific Northwest office, he is tasked with guiding the local brokerage team through day-to-day business development activities and deal transactions.
The brokerage team includes Candice Kelly and Raleigh Lau as senior associates, and Kim Phan as an associate. Dok Barley and Lindsay Garcia join in support roles as operations coordinator and marketing coordinator respectively. The team has worked closely with SRS over the past two years through multiple transaction referrals.
