Lytle Enterprises has acquired GE Healthcare Building, a 53.6k sf, two-story office and technology production facility in Issaquah, WA, for $15.7 mil ($293/sf). The property, located at 1040 12th Avenue NW, was sold by Redstone Group, one of British Columbia’s largest private commercial real estate companies.
The building is situated on 4.05 acres in the heart of Issaquah’s central core. It is occupied by a single long-term tenant. Recently the property has been up-zoned, making it an ideal site for future redevelopment opportunities.
Lytle Enterprises, a senior housing investment and development company, based out of Bellevue, WA, was represented by Joe Lynch with Kidder Mathews. The seller was repped by Andy Miller, also with Kidder Mathews.
