The Village at Main Street, a 464-unit apartment community located in Wilsonville, OR, was acquired by an unnmaed private investor in a $95 mil ($205k/unit) transaction. The luxury residential property was sold by an affiliate of Marathon Management Inc.
The Village at Main Street is located off I-5, near Wilsonville Rd and Town Center Loop West. The property was built in two phases, in 1998 and 2007. Each phase has 232 apartments with spacious floor plans, a variety of unit types, vaulted ceilings, in-unit washers/dryers, fireplaces, and patios or balconies. The tenants also enjoy an expansive amenity package, including a lounge, theater, business center, and resort-style pool adjacent to the property’s leasing center.
Graham Taylor and Carrie Kahn, CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Investment Properties team, represented the seller in the transaction. Affinity Property Management will manage The Village at Main Street on behalf of the buyer.
