The Reliant Group has obtained $15.36 mil in financing for Summerlinn Apartments, a 94-unit apartment community in West Linn, OR. Built in 1999, the Class A property is located at 400 Springtree Lane, just north of I-205.
Summerlinn Apartments is well positioned in one of the top performing markets in Portland. The property features a diverse unit mix as well as a superior amenity package which includes a clubhouse, garages with private entries, gated access, fitness center and sports court, and resort style pool and spa. The property is in proximity to downtown Portland and provides access to some of the best public schools in the Portland area.
Andrew Behrens and Jesse Weber of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team in San Francisco arranged the financing through Fannie Mae.
