You’ll Find CBRE Pros in a Lot of Portland Office Buildings

The Portland office of CB Richard Ellis has had a busy couple of weeks, handling lease and sale transactions across all commercial real estate product types. In this report, we’ll rundown a few recent office leases in and around Portland and handled by brokers from that office.

We’ll start in Tigard, a community situated roughly 10 miles southwest of central Portland, where James T. Hartford, MD, inked a lease for 52k sf of general purpose office space for physicians’ office space. The building is known as The Commons and is located at 9370 Greenburg Rd, east of Hwy 217 and south of Hall Blvd. CBRE’s Jan Bottcher repped the tenant and the property owner, Franklin Commons Associates LLC.

Also in Tigard, Hilltop Café LLC, a food services company, leased 1.7k sf of general office space at Hilltop Business Center, located at 7320 SW Hunziker Street, west of Hwy 217 and I-5. Shawn Adams of CBRE represented the landlord, Hilltop Business Center LLC/Hunziker LLC. The tenant took care of its own negotiations in the transaction.

In Portland, Western States Chiropractic College took 3k sf of space at Columbia Medical Plaza, located at 5847 NE 122nd Ave. The medical office building is owned by R3Y LLC, which was represented by Michael Holzgang of Colliers International. CBRE’s Bottcher took care of negotiations for the tenant in this deal.

And in the city of Eugene, RBC Dain Rauscher Inc, a securities and commodities contracts intermediary firm, agreed to a renewal for its 1.2k sf office space in the Citizens Building, at 975 Oak St, south of I-105. CBRE’s Scott Weigel gets credit for representing the tenant in the deal. The property owner, Citizens Building LLC, took care of its own negotiations in the transaction.
