MCA Realty has purchased a small-bay industrial portfolio in Sacramento for $10.2 mil. The acquisition consists of three properties totaling 82.6k sf ($123/sf) of space.
The newly acquired portfolio is currently 100% occupied with tenants on month-to-month industrial gross leases. As part of its value-add program, MCA will implement updates to the buildings including new paint, roofing renovations, and parking lot enhancements, among other capital improvements.
The portfolio comprises the following three industrial properties:
• a 23.2k sf property located at 4865 Pasadena Ave, Sacramento
• a 25.3k sf property located at 4046 Wayside Lane, Carmichael
• a 34.1k sf property located at 3418-3440 Auburn Blvd, Sacramento
