A venture between Pine Tree and a pension fund purchased Delta Shores, a 414.7k sf regional shopping center in Sacramento, for $122.5 mil ($295/sf). Located at 8270 Delta Shores Cir S, major tenants at the center include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, and PetSmart. Other tenants include Bath and Body Works, Old Navy, El Pollo Loco, GNC, In ‘n Out and Ulta Beauty.
The property, constructed in 2017, is part of the Delta Shores Master-planned community situated south of downtown Sacramento and adjacent to I-10. The 800-acre development, located near the Franklin Regional Transit Light Rail station, is slated to contain thousands of new residential units.
