Union North, a 91-unit residential community in the CA city of Manteca, about 75 miles east of San Francisco, was purchased by a private investment group out of Clovis, CA for $17.2 mil, or $188k/unit.
Built in 1974 and 1979, Union North sits on a 6.55-acre site at 350 North Union Rd. The apartment community consists of 23 one- and two-story buildings totaling 74.3k sf of space. Each unit features a washer/dryer, large private patio and an attached parking garage. The community also boasts a sparkling swimming pool and relaxing spa, outdoor picnic area with BBQs, and controlled access.
Otto Ozen, Robin Kane and Brendan Kane of The Mogharebi Group represented the buyer and the seller, a real estate acquisition firm located in the Bay Area.
